Objectivism

“We shape our lives by the thoughts and expectations we create. If we want to change our lives we need to look at our old, self-defeating thoughts and create new positive images. Our lives are limited only by what we can imagine.”

How do you say these words to someone that you care about? I have proven now how difficult it is to teach someone who is way smarter, experienced and proficient in life. They say it is harder to unlearn than to be taught something new. Is it because you guarded your life so much? from whom? or you have a concrete path where to walk until you die? Was it a poor upbringing? or a boring childhood? harsh world? When you understand life all by yourself, it becomes small, when you have small parts of something you become selfish, and when you don’t share yourself to others- life become meaningless.
